Tina

Experienced Yogi

Tina has been a part of the Holistic Bodyworks team of holistic practitioners since 2021. Tina teaches Restorative yoga, and a Hatha/Vinyasa class called Focused Flow. She also leads our Karma yoga class, which is donation-based. She is a valued member of our personal staff. We love her, and we know you will, too!

Tina completed her 200-hr Yoga certification training 4 years ago and has been doing yoga for over 8 years.

At the age of 7, Tina knew she would be a Healer. She joined the medical field in her twenties, which was very rewarding. She joined the holistic field in her mid-30s after suffering a stroke. Yoga saved her life and brought her back into balance. Yoga diminished her trimmers and helped her heal; that is where her yoga journey began.

Yoga is one of the many tools in her toolbox to promote self-care.

Below you will find the classes that she offers, how that class can benefit you. Once you pay, you will be forwarded onto our website for you to book a class with her. Her classes are both in-person (Midvale, Utah) and online. Join her once or twice per week.

Yoga combines the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual parts of your being. That is what makes yoga such a great holistic modality to practice regularly. Normally, Tina's classes are $12/ea, but you can get a two week pass for only $30, which includes 4 classes.
