We are striving to provide a safe space for individuals to learn and practice healing together. These Terms & Conditions will provide members a base to operate within the membership platform. The Privacy Policy is also included within the Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership eligibility for Holistic Bodyworks Online Membership Community:

*Adults over the age of 18

2. User obligations:

*Maintaining the confidentiality of personal information provided on the membership platform, which includes the practitioners, product suppliers, and the other members that are there to share and get feedback.

*Refraining from posting inappropriate content, which includes:

*Content that incites or promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination. Content that is sexually explicit or contains nudity. Content that is misleading, false, or defamatory. Content that is intended to harm or deceive others, such as phishing scams or malware. Content that violates intellectual property rights, such as copyright or trademark infringement. Content that is directed towards children and violates the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

3. Intellectual property:

*The intellectual property rights to any content posted on the website or membership platform is owned by both Holistic Practitioners and Holistic Product suppliers. The content therefore is copy written and can not be shared without consent. Please, do not share the content.

4. Liability and indemnification:

*Holistic Bodyworks Online disclaims any liability for any damages resulting from the use of the site.

*Members are require to indemnify Holistic Bodyworks Online in the event of any claims or damages.

5. Termination:

*The membership may be terminated for not following these terms and conditions.

*The process for terminating a membership is: First, a warning and then on the second offence the member will automatically be restricted to the membership platform.

*Once a member has been terminated, they cannot rejoin the community.

6. Modifications:

*Holistic Bodyworks Online has the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time. The members will be notified of such changes via email.

8. Membership Fees:

*Within the first 30days, if the member is not satisfied, they can receive a 100% refund upon request.

*If it is past the first 30days of signing up for the membership the member may stop their membership at anytime, but they will not get a refund for any membership fees paid.

9. Privacy policy:

*Types of information collected: The types of personal information that will be collected from members is: Name, Email address, and Payment information.

*Use of information: The members personal information will be used to create and manage member accounts, provide customer service, and process payments.

*Sharing of information: Some personal information, such as Name may be shared with other members as part of a platform and/or discussion group.

*Security measures: The security measures that will be taken to protect members' payment information is powered by Stripe Connect, that has steadfast encryption and firewalls.

*Data retention: Personal information will be retained by the system and will be automatically deleted once the member is no longer a member.

*Updates to the policy: Holistic Bodyworks Online has the right to modify the Privacy Policy at any time. The members will be notified of such changes via email.
